Around 7pm Monday night Police responded to euince ave Wilmington Delaware. where police reported Ruben Bautista 26 of Wilmington Delaware was deceased after Jessica walls 21 of Wilmington Delaware stabbed the victim over 100 times. There was also three young children in the home. there was no proof of what really happened except the 21 year old woman was making accusations of cheating the woman is noted to have bipolar and lead her to snap she is taken into custody and is currently waiting to see a judge.
