2:34 a.m. — Caller claims he witnessed a man in the process of pleasuring himself sexually with the self service vacuum at the 76 Gas station in the 1300 block of West Harvard Avenue, Roseburg. Caller stated upon noticing the caller the suspect wrecklessly fled the scene in a dark colored Dodge pickup truck heading West on Harvard before turning left on the 600 block of West Fairhaven Street, Roseburg.
6:58 a.m. — Neighbors and their chickens are causing problems in the 200 block of Dark Horse Street, Roseburg.
