Going into the game Coach Fox knew the Packers were susseptable to the run. Trailing by 14 points early in the game Fox remained committed to the run. Although Glennon seemed mistake prone early in the game including a Clay Mathews record setting strip sack, 2 terrible interceptions, and an embarrising fumble where he kicked the ball, everyone seemed to believe coming back from a more than 21 point deficit would require some passing; yet Fox remained committed to the run. In the post game interview Fox declared, “You can beat this Packer team by running the ball down their throats.” Now still insiting it will work he has called his team back onto the field to line up for 1 more run. If this changes the outcome of the game it could secure the coaches future on the team.
