Local rap artist Devin Vice, or $IPP CIROC, along with his 2 friends Kaleb Craig($IPP $age), and Gavin Henke($IPP Dxmxn), all take part in a rap group called $IPP TV. They have caught fake through social media, by posting there music on platforms such as YouTube, and SoundCloud. Check out there stuff and keep supporting them.
