Charlotte Mecklenburg Police are looking to speak with 33 year old Laquanda Major after authorities say on Thursday April 20, 2013 that the Department of Social Service accidently credited $50,000,000 to her EBT Card giving her a total of $50,000,835 in Food Stamps. Since then “Quanda” as they call her has been spotted at Several Upper Class Grocery stores like Publix, through out the Charlotte area buying Lobster, Steaks, Filet Mignon. Our news reporters caught up with her friend Shareka Carter, who told us that Quanda said “Hell, my kids been eating Oodles & Noodles and Bologna Sandwiches all of their lives, Now I got $50,000,000 in Food Stamps my kids are going to eat good!!!” Our reporters tried to talk speak with her brother Majah as he was exiting Sav-Alot with 5 full Carts and he told us flat out “I ain’t telling yall shit”. Quanda was last seen at the Giant Penny on the Plaza buying 100 Boxes of Hamburgers and 200 pounds of Chicken so the Authorities think she is planning a huge Cookout.
